Now, according to the MTV Movie Awards, the sheer mention of Twilight should provide this site with enough high pitched, girly hits to make my bandwidth die. *crossesfingers*
I wish I could claim I didn’t get the appeal of the Twilight novels… but I can definitely tell why chicks love them. It’s a romance story about a vampire who sparkles and wants to be with her but in a lame abstinent way. That’s what every teen girl wants… I think. Or at least we can assume it’s what they want based on how popular the damn novels/movies are.
I’m pretty sure if it had been around when I was a teen, I wouldn’t have incorporated the goth stuff in with my punk look. Unless it would have gotten me some hot goth girls. That’s my dream…
